GLENNA
Glenna Larsen is a 200 Hour YTT instructor, sound healing practitioner and kirtan/singing circle facilitator currently residing in Tamraght, Morocco. She grew up in the majestic mountains of Brecon Beacons in Wales (UK) and has been deeply connected with nature from a young age, which has shaped and informed how she interacts with the world. She is certified in vinyasa, restorative and yin and deeply interested in the power of Bhakti yoga, the power of love and devotion to the Divine to connect to self and others and reach higher states of consciousness.
In her classes Glenna combines pranayama (Breathwork), mantra and asana (poses) to find a sense of integration and peace within.
Music being an integral part of her journey through this life, she now finds herself going deeper into the journey of sound as medicine for the body, mind and spirit. She is a classically trained violinist, playing violin from the age of 7 years old, and after many of her adult years playing in bands and moving in music industry circles, she decided to take her musicianship and knowledge of vibration and sound into a more holistic and wholesome direction; she has been sharing her knowledge of yoga and sound-healing properties, working in surf camps, hotels, retreat centers, collaborating on participatory concerts, retreats and organizing sound ceremonies.
Having now lived in Tamraght for almost a year after a long stint in London, it is here that her calling for holding singing circles and using the power of the voice to unlock the emotions and connect to the heart space has solidified. She honed her skills to lead kirtan under Nikki Slade (UK) and is dedicated to helping people quieten their inner critic through connecting to the deeper divine Self.
She is passionate about carefully curating healing sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and violin amongst an array of other sound instruments.
Expect to find a sense of joy and connectedness after participating in her Bhakti yoga classes and deeply relax during her yin+sound healing sessions.

Stephy
Curious and adventurous by nature, Stephy traveled the world in search of unique experiences from a young age. At the age of 20, she met inspiring people who introduced her to yoga, a practice that would never leave her.
Growing up in a culture of movement, Stephy first trained in hatha yoga in 2017. Her classes combine mobility, agility, and flexibility, but above all, invite us to reconnect with our essence, through the physical experience—whether we're sitting, standing, extending or contracting, breathing deeply or holding our breath—and to explore our limits and possibilities.
